Methodology
VeloZürich is an independent portal. Our rankings are meant to be transparent and reproducible – so for every best-of list we disclose which criteria we assess and how they are weighted.
How we score
Each entry receives points per criterion up to its maximum weight. The sum gives an overall score of 0–100. Data comes from publicly available sources (official city and cantonal bodies of Zürich, OpenStreetMap, provider websites). Every source is linked.
Independence
Placements are not for sale. Providers cannot buy their way into a ranking. Where data is uncertain we flag it and link the original source for verification.
